“Reeling, gasping, taken over the edge into madness!”
April 1st is coming up and we wanted to do something fun. Thus, we are unleashing a Meme Contest onto the Darkest Dungeon Discord Server. There will be some new, fun prizes for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.
Sign Up:
March 11th – April 1st at 5pm (PST).
Submission Period:
March 27th at 5pm (PST) – April 1st at 5pm (PST).
Voting Period:
April 1st at 5pm (PST) – April 5th at 5pm (PST).
Contest Rules:
• Must be Darkest Dungeon themed.
• Meme must be a new fresh meme, not one that has already been seen.
• No self advertisement or intentionally pulling people from other servers to vote on yours.
• Meme must have some effort put into it, and not just a random image with a caption.
• Meme must follow the server’s Code of Conduct.
• Only one entry per contestant is allowed.
Contest Prizes:
1st Place: Ancestral Edition of Darkest Dungeon (Switch/PS4/Steam/Gog); 3 DD folders/pockets, 1 poster* (7×10)
2nd Place: 2 DD folders/pockets of choice, 1 poster* (7×10)
3rd Place: 1 DD folder/pocket of choice, 1 poster* (7×10)
*Poster is a hard plastic with a glossy finish.
Additional Notes:
• A google form will be posted, in Discord, on March 27th for meme submissions.
• We will post all acceptable memes received in a meme-contest channel on April 1st.
• Entries must be submitted by 5pm (PST) on the 1st of April.
• Video and GIF memes will be accepted.
This is our first meme contest and we are looking forward to seeing everyones entries. Any feedback or ideas regarding the contests are welcome!
